Bob is our founding director. His focus is on growing NZ technology companies and increasing awareness of the contribution the technology sector makes to the NZ economy.
 
Bob provides pivotal direction across the business on strategy, marketing, sales development and communications. With 25 years’ experience in the technology sector both in NZ and the UK; experience in IT recruitment and as a past CEO of IDG Communications – he ‘gets’ the technology industry and has a lot to offer clients in terms of knowledge, industry contacts and best practice.

Louise Hunter
Senior Marketing Consultant

Lou’s been a marketer in the tech space for 15 years in both Australia and New Zealand with experience in the USA, UK, UAE and Chinese markets as well. She has worked across multiple industries in companies ranging from multinationals to small start-ups and everything in between.

Lou’s varied roles have included fancy titles like VP Global Digital Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer which means she knows a thing or two about marketing strategy, but her real passion is for anything and everything digital or analytical.

Bruce Buckman
Everything Man

Bruce is our everything man – a talented writer, designer, photographer, project manager and marketer.

While clients won't necessarily hear directly from Bruce, you can be sure that he will have had a hand in every piece of work that comes out of Swaytech.

Sara Webb
Senior Designer

Sara brings her flair for creating fresh and innovative design to the Sway team.

Having spent years in Melbourne heading up corporate design studios, she works fast but with maximum creativity - ensuring clients get the designs they want, in the timeframe they need.

Sara's strengths lie in branding and in the events space. Her design aesthetic is sharp, powerful, professional and eye catching.

Arthur Hades Esq.
Chief Wellness Officer

Arthur is the newest member to our Sway team. Loyal, kind, calm and always willing to listen, Arthur is a true asset. He’s also really into beef jerky.

Caroline Herrick
Senior Marketing Consultant

Adaptable and multi-talented, Caro is a supremo of strategy but equally capable of rolling up her sleeves to whip up a webpage or set up a tradeshow. A seasoned tech marketer, Caro has particular love of event marketing and creating x-factor brand experiences.  

In between her three tours of duty at Sway, Caro has applied her marketing skill, style and drive to roles at media conglomerate NZME, enterprise software innovators Touchpoint Group, telecoms provider Spark (then Telecom) and most recently, education sector disruptors Tech Futures Lab. 

Elijah Ng Chok
Web / Graphic Designer

In a nutshell, Elijah is the guy who makes things look and feel awesome. Elijah creates and designs in both print and web.

His excellent designs come from working in collaboration with the Swaytech marketers and our clients. When combined it results in visually grabbing designs that convey complex ideas simply and make the clients’ brand stand out of the crowd.

Michael McLeay
Web Designer & Developer

Michael is our senior web developer. Michael matches Elijah’s grabbing designs with his excellent coding ensuring our clients websites not only look great but are functionally awesome too.

Before switching over to development, Michael was a designer and 3D animator.
